Physical Changes to Report for Heart Failure

The American Heart Association explains heart failure and how it requires patients and caregivers to pay close attention to any changes in symptoms such as sudden weight gain, shortness of breath, increased swelling in the limbs, swelling in the abdomen, trouble sleeping, dry cough, loss of appetite and feeling fatigue.
