Complete Atrioventricular Canal defect (CAVC)

The American Heart Association explains the congenital heart defect complete atrioventricular, AV, canal, complete AV canal, complete common AV canal, and endocardial cushion defect in children and adults. Essentially, they all describe a similar heart problem.
